With over 17 years of experience building global luxury brands, Julia Berridge has led the success of icons like Tom Ford, Jo Malone London and Kilian Paris in the Middle East.
A champion for women's leadership, she is head of the Estee Lauder Companies' Women's Leadership Network for the Middle East, and founded The Luxury Collective to connect, elevate and inspire the next generation of female leaders shaping the future of luxury.
