About The Luxury Collective

The Luxury Collective LLC, based in Dubai, UAE, is a curated, invitation-only network for women leaders in the luxury industry. Our Services include private digital and in-person experiences, community forums, events, and content exclusive to members.

 

Eligibility

Use of The Luxury Collective’s Services is intended for individuals who are:

• At least 18 years old, and

• Invited and approved as members of The Luxury Collective

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at our sole discretion.

Membership and Payment

By subscribing to a membership:

• You agree to pay the fees listed in AED, as per your selected membership circle (Founding, Inner, Classic, or Online).

• Memberships are billed annually unless otherwise specified.

• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion under special circumstances.

We may revise membership tiers, benefits, and fees. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email and/or our website.

 

Use of Services

You agree to use our Services in a respectful, lawful, and responsible manner. You may not:

• Share your login credentials or grant access to non-members

• Use the platform to promote harmful, defamatory, or illegal content

• Reproduce, distribute, or misuse any proprietary materials from our site or events

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, and materials presented through The Luxury Collective are the exclusive property of The Luxury Collective FZ-LLC or its partners, unless otherwise stated. You may not use or reproduce any part of our intellectual property without express written permission.
